First off I gotta say that my item arrived much quicker than expected. Funny thing is I ordered a part from another site a few days before I ordered the one from Autoplicity... and I received the Autoplicity item before the other item. In fact the other item hasn't arrived it. Plus the one I ordered from Autoplicty is significantly larger. The item arrived in perfect condition. Pretty impressed. This company is on my recommendations list for sure. They even offer a small reimbursement for writing review. Sheesh they deserve it.

I am not happy with my back rack, it arrived all scratched up and I would like a replacement one, I will ship this one back but I am not going to pay for shipping. Please contact me on how u want to handle this. Tim Sullivan
