WIZARDS® BUG RELEASE'" is a powerful and effective cleaner specifically formulated to soften and neutralize the acidic proteins found in bugs. This neutralization process safely releases bug residue without attacking or damaging surfaces, including paint, chrome, glass and plastic.

BUG RELEASE'" is very effective as a presoak. When BUG RELEASE'" is sprayed on bug-coated areas before washing the vehicle, the residue becomes very soft and easily washes away. BUG RELEASE'" can also be used as an effective spot cleaner of bug residue on mirrors, grills and trim. Quickly removing bugs prevents spotting and staining of the surface. They are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% Even when my product did not fall under their conditions. This is crap. False advertisement. I was ok with paying all the extra shipping fees which will be about the amount of the product when it was all said and done. So mad don't think I'm gonna mess with this company anymore. They don't practice what they preach. Beware :(<br>3/20/2012<br>OK, Update number 3.<br>Received E-mail today saying that Autoplicity would now Not Charge Me a 15% restocking fee and they were sorry for the inconvenience.
