Had to call customer service to complete the order, but they were eager to help out and seemed to be based in North America. Shipping ended up being higher than expected, but it did arrive in two days via ground. The item was well packed/sealed in a reused box. Overall, a positive experience and quick order processing.

After receiving the ordered part, I realized that it was the wrong part altogether. I have submitted my request to return the item for a full refund but have not heard back from anyone. It's been 5 days since I sent my request.

I wish shipping wasn't so expensive

cheaper than anywhere else for the urethane exhaust bushings i bought, including the shipping charges. not to mention my other parts I will be buying. they are an average of40 dollars less. and theyare still cheaper than the cheapest sellers on EBay.
