The product reviews given are not specific to the item I was interested in ordering. However, my order was processed the same day it was received. One of the two items shipped the same day and the other was shipped the following day. Both items were received within four days from the date ordered. Packaging was sufficient as neither item was damaged. Both items were exactly what was described on the website. Pricing, (including shipping) was better than any other retail or online price that I could find.
