A small hiccup in the shipping of the order but once a call was made my item was shipped the next day.

Ordered on the 4th, Paid for basic shipping, got it on the 6th. Hard to complain with those shipping times. The only problem I had was I didn't get any confirmation of shipping till the day it arrived at my house. Other then that, I would buy from them again!
