User friendly site and fantastic prices!!!

Shopping was fast and easy, however tracking my package was a nightmare. Went to their site and put in last name, order number, and zip code and there internet system could not match me up with anything. Called customer service and they could not provide any information. Said they would send me an email when they found out anything. Called later that day because I had not received an email, still no answers. Had them call the warehouse to get information because they just sent the warehouse an email. Surprise the warehouse did not pickup the phone. While I was waiting on the customer service rep to get back to me after calling the warehouse (I was on hold) the door bell rang and it was UPS delivering my product that no one could give me any information on. These folks need to fix something really bad. Anyway I gave the product 5 stars but everything else gets a 2.

The description for the Trimax adjustable receiver hitch did not always include the drop and had to be gleaned from the part number.

Other than that, the representative that I spoke with on the phone was great. He was friendly and had a good overall knowledge of the products I was asking about. Pointed me in the right direction because I couldn't be happier with my bike rack. They had the best prices, lowest shipping costs, and my order arrived a day early. Great website to work with.
