This was my first time buying from Autoplicity. I had never heard of the site but gave it a shot. I ordered an Autometer gauge and pod and paid less than the price of just the gauge at other vendors. The two items shipped a day later (I ordered Sunday, shipped Monday). I have no complaints at this time.

Finding the part, and ordering it was great. But UPS dropped the otherwise phenomenal ball... Ordered the item on Wednesday... got it the next MONDAY. I ordered it Second Day Air. Then I find out, "Oh, it's Second BUSINESS Day Air... we don't work

Customer Care took care of my return and refunded the shipping after there was some order confusion. Thank you for taking care of everything!
