Had a problem with some parts that were defective. Autoplicity sent my RMA return shipping label immediately. I reordered the parts and received them very quickly. Once I replaced them I sent the original parts back with the pre-paid label. The customer service rep that I talked to when I reported the defective parts stated that they would process a refund once the parts were returned. Quite understandably.
