Stuff and things... mostly positive.

Had a problem with some parts that were defective. Autoplicity sent my RMA return shipping label immediately. I reordered the parts and received them very quickly. Once I replaced them I sent the original parts back with the pre-paid label. The customer service rep that I talked to when I reported the defective parts stated that they would process a refund once the parts were returned. Quite understandably.

First time shopper here. Extremely satisfied with product, price and speed in which it was delivered. Will definitely use Autoplicity again in the future.
